CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email.
Booking deposits and processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, transfers, meals, or accommodation after commencement of the tour.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving the same from the respective suppliers.
In case of flight cancellations, schedule changes, natural calamities, political disturbances, or force majeure events, cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers shall apply.
