Dreamoura does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such information and encourages travelers to independently verify all details directly with the respective service providers prior to travel.

2. Luggage, Delays & Uncontrollable Events

Dreamoura shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or theft of luggage or personal belongings during travel.

We are not responsible for any delay, cancellation, rescheduling, route changes, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Airline or supplier operational decisions

• Strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory actions

• Technical issues

• Acts of God or force majeure events

Such matters fall solely under the responsibility of the concerned travel service provider.

3. Holiday Packages, Activities & Personal Safety

Dreamoura is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or death suffered during participation in holiday packages, tours, activities, or excursions booked through the platform.

Travelers participate at their own discretion and risk and are solely responsible for:

• Personal safety precautions

• Medical fitness and travel readiness

• Compliance with local laws, customs, and safety guidelines

Dreamoura strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before commencing travel.

4. Client Responsibility & Human Error

Dreamoura shall not be held responsible for errors or omissions arising from:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients

• Failure by clients to review booking confirmations, tickets, or vouchers

• Errors that remain unnoticed despite reasonable diligence by Dreamoura or its staff

Clients are required to promptly review all booking documents and immediately notify Dreamoura of any discrepancies.

Supplier & Agency Disclaimer

1. Role as an Intermediary (Agency Relationship)

Dreamoura acts solely as an intermediary and booking agent for third-party travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, tour operators, and activity providers.

Dreamoura does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the travel services offered through its platform.

2. Third-Party Contracts & Terms

All bookings made through Dreamoura are subject to the individual terms, conditions, rules, and liability limitations of the respective service providers.

By confirming a booking, you expressly authorize Dreamoura to act on your behalf to create binding contracts between you and the relevant service providers. Any services facilitated by Dreamoura are collateral to this agency relationship.

3. Limitation of Liability (India & GCC Compliance)

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of India and GCC countries:

• Dreamoura shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, defaults, or failures of third-party service providers.

• If a service provider is unable to deliver contracted services for reasons not attributable to negligence by Dreamoura, the traveler’s sole remedy shall lie against that service provider.

• Dreamoura shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or additional expenses incurred.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Governing Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

This disclaimer is governed by applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, and travel regulations of India and relevant GCC jurisdictions. Any disputes shall be subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction as specified in Dreamoura’s Terms & Conditions.
