Cancellations & Refund Policy – Dreamoura

At Dreamoura, we are committed to transparent, fair, and customer-friendly booking practices. This Cancellations & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, amendments, and refunds are handled for bookings made through the Dreamoura platform, including Hotels, Flights, Holiday Packages, Activities, and Car Rentals.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers. Dreamoura acts as an intermediary and facilitates refunds strictly in accordance with supplier policies.


1. Hotels & Homestays Cancellation Policy

Hotel and homestay cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

  • Many properties offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hours prior to check-in, subject to the property’s policy.

  • Certain discounted or promotional bookings are non-refundable and will be clearly marked during booking.

  • No-shows or failure to check in may result in 100% charge with no refund.

  • Early check-outs are subject to the individual property’s cancellation and refund policy.

  • Any taxes or service fees charged by the property may be non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed after confirmation from the hotel.


2. Flights Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flight cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed entirely by airline fare rules and DGCA regulations (India).

  • Refundable tickets: Refunds are processed after airline deductions, if any.

  • Non-refundable tickets: No refund is applicable; however, some airlines may offer credit shells or date-change options, subject to airline rules.

  • Date changes / rescheduling: Subject to airline change fees, fare differences, and availability.

  • Refund processing timelines typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the airline and payment method.

  • Dreamoura does not control airline refund approval timelines.


3. Holiday Packages Cancellation Policy

Holiday packages are a bundled product and are subject to combined cancellation terms of flights, hotels, transport, and activities.

  • Cancellation charges vary depending on time of cancellation, seasonality, and supplier policies.

  • Partial cancellations after the commencement of the package are generally not permitted.

  • If canceled within the applicable free cancellation window, refunds may be issued after deducting supplier and service fees.

  • Festival, peak-season, promotional, or customized packages may be partially or fully non-refundable.

  • Any unused services due to early departure or itinerary changes are non-refundable.


4. Activities & Experiences Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies for activities and experiences depend on the individual service provider.

  • Most activities allow free cancellation 24–72 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund.

  • If an activity is canceled by the provider due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, travelers may receive a full refund or rescheduling option, subject to availability.


5. Car Rentals Cancellation & Refund Policy

Car rental bookings are subject to the rental company’s terms and conditions.

  • Free cancellation is generally available if canceled 24–48 hours before pick-up.

  • Late cancellations may incur a one-day rental charge or equivalent penalty.

  • No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Fuel charges, insurance add-ons, tolls, and optional extras are non-refundable once utilized.


6. Refund Processing & Mode

  • Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the respective service provider.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, wallets, or card issuers.

  • Dreamoura service fees, convenience fees, or gateway charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


7. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

Dreamoura shall not be liable for refunds or compensation arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or airline operational decisions. Refunds in such cases are subject solely to supplier policies.
