    • Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date:

    • 1,500 per person (processing & service charges)
    • 8 to 15 days before departure:
    • 30% of the total package cost per person
    • 4 to 7 days before departure:
    • 50% of the total package cost per person
    • 0 to 3 days before departure / No-show:
    • 100% of the total package cost (no refund)
