Q: Can I cancel my hotel booking?

A: Cancellation options depend on the specific hotel’s policy. Many properties offer free cancellation within a certain time window, usually 24–72 hours before check-in. However, non-refundable rooms or last-minute deals may not allow free cancellation.
Before booking, you can always check the Cancellation & Refund Policy on the property page or in your booking confirmation. If eligible, you can cancel directly through your Dreamoura account.


Q: How do I modify a hotel booking?

A: You can modify details such as dates, number of guests, or room type by accessing your booking through the Dreamoura app or via the link in your confirmation email.
Please note: All changes depend on hotel availability and any fare difference that may apply.


Q: What is a double vs. twin room?

A:

  • Double Room: Contains one large bed (usually a queen or king), ideal for couples.

  • Twin Room: Contains two separate single beds, ideal for friends, siblings, or colleagues.


Q: Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

A: Yes, you can request both during the booking process or after confirmation. These requests are always subject to hotel availability, and some properties may charge an additional fee for these services.


Q: Are taxes included in the price?

A: Most hotels display prices inclusive of major taxes on Dreamoura. However, some locations may charge local tourism taxes or resort fees at the time of check-in or check-out. These will be clearly mentioned under Price Breakdown before payment.

Q: Can I change my flight?

A: Flight changes depend entirely on the airline’s fare rules. Some tickets allow changes with a fee; some do not permit changes at all.
Contact Dreamoura customer support or the airline directly to check eligibility and applicable charges.


Q: When will I receive my flight ticket?

A: After your payment is successfully processed, your e-ticket is generated within minutes. A copy is emailed to you, and it also appears in your Dreamoura account under My Bookings.


Q: What documents do I need to fly?

A:

  • Domestic flights: A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving license, etc.).

  • International flights: A passport with required validity and a visa for the destination country (unless visa-on-arrival applies).
    Always verify specific airline and country requirements before travelling.


Q: What if my flight is cancelled?

A: If the airline cancels your flight, we will notify you immediately. Dreamoura will assist you with rebooking on the next available flight or processing a refund as per the airline’s cancellation policy.


Q: Is my baggage included?

A: Baggage allowance varies by airline and fare type. During booking, you can review the included cabin and check-in baggage. Additional baggage can be purchased if needed.

Q: How do I book a transfer?

A: Simply choose your pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, and preferred vehicle type on the Dreamoura Transfers module. You’ll receive instant pricing and confirmation.


Q: Is my driver guaranteed?

A: Yes. After your booking is confirmed, a driver or service provider is assigned in advance, and you receive their details, including name, contact number, and vehicle information, prior to pickup.


Q: What if my driver is late?

A: You can use the in-app chat or contact Dreamoura support to track your driver. Our team coordinates with the provider to resolve delays promptly and ensure a smooth ride experience.


Q: Can I cancel a transfer?

A: Yes, most transfer services allow free cancellation as long as the cancellation is done within the provider’s policy window. The exact time limit is shown during booking.


Q: Are child seats available?

A: Yes, child or infant seats are offered by many providers upon request during the booking process. Additional charges may apply depending on availability and destination.

Q: How do I book activities?

A: Browse Dreamoura’s list of curated activities, select your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking. You will receive an instant voucher and instructions.


Q: Do I need to print my ticket?

A: Most activities accept mobile vouchers, meaning you can simply show the confirmation on your phone. However, some tours or museums may require a printed ticket; these details will be mentioned clearly under Activity Requirements.


Q: Are guided tours available?

A: Yes. Many experiences offer professional local guides. You can check whether a tour includes a guide under the Inclusions section before booking.


Q: Can I get a refund for an activity?

A: Many activities allow free cancellation if done 24–48 hours before the scheduled time. However, some may have stricter policies, especially last-minute or promotional bookings.


Q: Are group discounts available?

A: Yes, certain activities provide special pricing for groups of six or more. Group discounts will be shown automatically if applicable.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Refunds depend on the individual components of the package. For example, flight, hotel, and activity rules may differ. In partial refund cases, only the refundable components will be processed.


Q: Are meals included?

A: Meals are included only if specified in the package. You can filter for options like breakfast included, all-inclusive, or half-board while exploring packages.


Q: Do packages include visa assistance?
